Refund and Returns Policy

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or Used Beverages: Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Perishable Goods: Products that have a short shelf life or are close to their expiration date are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If a product is deemed damaged or faulty and cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Incorrect Orders: In the case of wrong items delivered, if a replacement cannot be arranged, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned item or once we confirm the eligibility for a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible, and our standard returns process will apply.
